Each winter our teams come together in-person and virtually for Holland University! This multiple-day conference allows us to reflect on the year before to celebrate wins and grow for the year ahead. Some of our presentations included: a Safety overview from 2023 from our VP of Safety and Operations, Jeremy Breitner; State of the Union Address from Curran Group CEO & President, Matt Stillings; 2023 Overview and 2024 Preview from Holland’s President, Jordan Wolf, Continuous Improvement team updates; Support Team updates and more.

We also met in breakout sessions to learn from our HR and IS teams as well as what’s new in our welding technology team. Holland was also fortunate to have a presentation on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Recruitment & Hiring with Social Current. This year we celebrated our three Holland team members who won “Holland All-Star of the Year”. Congratulations to James Weber, Josh Richardson and Marlyne Herrera for winning this award!

Of course, all of this learning was topped off with a little fun and team building. From laser tag and bowling to whirly ball, we had a great time learning more about what lies ahead in 2024 while growing together as a team.
