Track Geometry Measurement System

Holland's TrackSTAR® vehicles measure all industry-standard track geometry parameters to FRA, Transport Canada or user-defined threshold values including:

•  Track Gauge

•  Horizontal and Vertical Alignment
•  Left and Right Surface
•  Cross-level
•  Twist and Warp

Our inertial based non-contact system produces space curve measurements and translates data into full track geometry.

All real time geometry and exception screens can be customized to your requirements. Geometry measurements are to within ± 1mm down to 5 mph.
