Remote Diagnostics

With the addition of new satellite systems installed on our MobileWelder® fleet, Holland® has discovered many possibilities to improve our rail welding service.  Our newest application using satellites is the introduction of Remote Diagnostic Services, opening up opportunities we never thought were possible. 

In continuing our commitment to improvement in productivity and efficiency, our Remote Diagnostic Services offer tremendous capabilities in rail welding applications.  Using a simple satellite connection, we are able to link up with the Holland® network in Crete, IL, allowing us to closely monitor welding in progress, analyze weld data, and have access to the systems of our MobileWelder®.  With such close interaction with our welding trucks, we are able to improve up-time of our welding machines, use predictive maintenance procedures, and perform regular system checks of our MobileWelder® fleet.
