Hydraulic Web Polisher

Holland's In-Track Hydraulic Web Polisher allows quality welds to be done because it prepares the rail for good electrical contact between the rail web and electrodes.  Our sturdy and durable In-Track Web Polisher is built of tubular steel with reinforcement bars at the engine mounting plates.  The two-piece, efficient design allows both sides of the web rail, as well as the rail end to be polished.

Features of the Hydraulic Web Polisher:

• Engine and adjustable power head assembly are mounted on a tilting, rotating frame
• Two sets of three-flanged, insulated metal wheels for riding on track
• Center wheels to provide stability and movement over rail gaps
• Two handles at the adjustable power head assembly to facilitate lifting/lowering of the grinding stone across the rail web surface
• Safety guard to protect from flying particles
• Lifting eye for one-piece crane lift
