Weld Management & Monitoring System

Producing the world's top flash-butt weld is of the utmost importance at Holland®.  In order to do this, Holland® has developed a Weld Management and Monitoring System designed specifically to provide a complete and overall management of flash-butt welds.  This reliable control system is installed on our rail welding units to provide monitoring, recording, and analyzing of each weld.

The Weld Management & Monitoring System has been developed through years of statistical research from flash-butt weld records.  It is able to provide an analysis of each weld by calculating key components of a flash-butt process: heat, flashing, boost, upset, forge, and material usage.  Using the analysis components, the system can determine the quality of each weld, allowing us to ensure the integrity of every flash-butt weld our equipment makes.

This extensive system allows the user to view a full analysis of each weld with many different views.  Weld Charts, Weld Results, Weld Data, as well as Weld Reporting can be compiled by the system for easy viewing by the user.
