Holland's All Terrain Mobile Welder

The Holland® ATMW was designed to deliver Holland's high quality electric flash-butt welds while offering greater flexibility and functionality.  The original concept of the ATMW was to enable flash-butt welding in-track while not occupying the track.  Many railroads have sections of track with right-of-way roads in close proximity to the railroad.  In this application, the ATMW can provide flash-butt welds for plug replacement or joint elimination in very short track windows.

The ATMW is Hi-Rail equipped, which increases the functionality by enabling the unit to climb on or off track for access to areas of the track without right-of-way roads or to clear for traffic.  The 19' 4" (from track center) foot reach enables welding on adjacent tracks.

By combining Holland's superior welding technologies of its welding system and the 160-Ton Rail Puller or the H-1200 Welder Head for closure welding on an all terrain mobile platform, the ATMW can be the best choice for many different welding applications.  Versatile, flexible, productive with Holland proven weld technology.
